石の台座 Aji stone
香川県の庵治町・牟礼町で産出される庵治石(あじいし)を使った台座。 盆栽の美学でもある引きの美学を踏襲し、できるだけシンプルな表現で庵治石そのものの独特な存在感・美しさを生かしました。この台座の上に盆栽が乗ることで一つの景色が完成します。
●庵治石とは香川県の北東部に位置する庵治地方にだけ産する花崗岩で、最高級石材と言われています。 他にはないキメの細かさ、光沢・重量感が特徴の石です。
This is a pedestal made of Aji stone, which is produced in Ajicho and Murecho in Kagawa Prefecture. Following the aesthetics of bonsai, which emphasize the beauty of subtraction, this pedestal aims to showcase the unique presence and beauty of the Aji stone itself through a simple expression.When a bonsai is placed on this pedestal, it completes the entire landscape.
●Aji stone is a granite found only in the Aji region in the northeastern part of Kagawa Prefecture, and it is considered a top-grade stone material. It is characterized by its fine grain, luster, and sense of weight, which are unique to this stone.
