年末年始休業のお知らせ

いつもKOKON Bonsaiをご愛顧いただきましてありがとうございます。

誠に勝手ながら年末年始休業として下記の期間を休業とさせていただきます。

休業日　2024年12月28日（土）～2025年1月5日（日）

休業期間中にいただきましたお問い合わせにつきましては、2025年1月6日（月）以降より順次ご対応させていただきます。

※休業明けはお問合せが混み合うことが想定されますので、通常よりお返事にお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。

Notice of Year-End and New Year Holiday Closure

Thank you for your continued patronage.

Please be informed we will be closed from December 28, 2024(Saturday), to January 5, 2025(Sunday), for Year-end & New Year’s Holidays.

During the holiday closure, responses to inquiries received via our website, phone calls, emails, and other channels will be addressed starting from January 6, 2025 (Monday).

Please note that we anticipate a high volume of inquiries after the holiday, so it may take longer than usual to respond.
